40 Ten is a (4) Story, 105,000 SF Office Building and is the first Mass Timber building in the City of Baltimore. Approximately 40% of the glass installed on the project was Sage Harmony/Classic Electrochromic Glass allowing tenants to customize the level tint on a gradient, increasing comfort and energy efficiency.
